Heidi Glaisyer
Heidi brings over 25 years of sales and marketing expertise to Arthur Berry & Company, with a distinguished career spanning some of the country’s most respected organizations. Her marketing journey began at Coca-Cola, where she honed her skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In 1988, Heidi returned to Boise to join J.R. Simplot Food Group, where she rapidly advanced through the ranks, ultimately becoming Vice President of Sales and Marketing. During her decade at Simplot, she played a key role in the company’s growth and success.
After a successful career in the corporate world, Heidi took the entrepreneurial leap and founded Broemm Corporation, a company serving the construction industry in the Pacific Northwest. This hands-on experience in running her own business has given Heidi a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that business owners face, making her an invaluable asset to both sellers and buyers.
Heidi holds a BA in Communications from Brigham Young University, an MBA from Boise State University, and a Graduate Certificate in Food Marketing Management from the University of Southern California. She has been actively involved in the community, serving on the Boise State University Alumni Association Board, as well as acting as Chairman of the Board for Bogus Basin. Heidi’s accomplishments have been widely recognized, and she was honored as a Tribute to Women in Industry honoree.

Justin joined Arthur Berry & Company after an impressive 25-year career in leadership roles with Fortune 500 high-technology companies. With vast international experience, Justin has played a pivotal role in the turnaround and startup of businesses worldwide, overseeing operations, supply chain, and engineering functions. His global perspective, combined with a deep family legacy in Idaho and the Northwest United States, makes him uniquely positioned to understand both the challenges and opportunities that businesses face today.
In addition to his corporate background, Justin has extensive experience in buying, selling, and improving small businesses, offering him a firsthand understanding of the needs and values of business owners. This experience enables him to provide invaluable insights when navigating business transactions.
A graduate of the University of Idaho, Justin holds degrees in Accounting and Finance and is a licensed, inactive Certified Public Accountant (CPA). His educational foundation has played a key role in his strategic approach to business valuation and ownership transitions.

Seth Ruhter
Seth joined Arthur Berry & Company after returning to his roots in Idaho, where he grew up. With over 20 years of experience in finance, he brings a wealth of expertise and a unique perspective to the team. Before joining Arthur Berry, Seth was a financial sector expert for the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C., where he covered banks, broker-dealers, and asset managers.
During the 2008 financial crisis, Seth was part of the troubled bank team, responsible for closing failed banks and playing a key role in the Federal Reserve’s response to the crisis. He was deeply involved in the Fed’s stress testing supervision program for Capital (CCAR – Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review) and Liquidity (CLAR – Comprehensive Liquidity Risk Analysis and Review).
Seth’s career also includes a tenure at Goldman Sachs, where he served as a Vice President in the risk division, leveraging his expertise in risk management and finance. Prior to his career in finance, he served in the U.S. Navy aboard a nuclear-powered submarine.
Seth holds a Doctor of Business with a concentration in Finance from the University of Florida, a Master’s in Economics from Miami University (Ohio), and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Idaho State University. He is also a CFA charterholder and holds several valuation designations, including the AM (Accredited Member) from the American Society of Appraisers and the ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation) from the AICPA.
When he’s not working with buyers and sellers at Arthur Berry & Company, Seth enjoys spending time with his family and shaping the future of finance as an assistant professor at the College of Idaho, where he teaches courses in economics, corporate finance, advanced corporate finance, investments, and valuation.

Tom Smith
Tom joined Arthur Berry & Company after almost 40 years of hands-on entrepreneurial experience across a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, design and patent development, brand building, e-commerce, Amazon commerce, and the retail/service sectors.
Five years ago, Tom successfully sold one of his many businesses through Arthur Berry & Company, a transaction that he thoroughly enjoyed and found to be an exceptional experience.
Originally from Eastern Idaho, Tom pursued his college education in the region, earning a degree in Hospital Administration and Business. A Boise resident for over 36 years, he has developed a deep passion for business in all its forms.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys a variety of hobbies, including RVing, outdoor activities, golf, basketball, and anything related to automobiles. Above all, he treasures his time with family. He and his wife have been happily married for 38 years and are the proud parents of four grown children and two grandchildren. Tom is especially proud of his grandson, Kellen Moore, whose name he holds in high regard.

David Berry
David brings a unique combination of engineering and business expertise to Arthur Berry & Company. Over the past 15 years, he has collaborated with the firm on a variety of projects and transactions, contributing valuable insights through company research, financial assessments, valuations, and feasibility studies. He has also supported multiple commercial and industrial project developments, utilizing his technical and analytical skills to drive successful outcomes.
Since December 2015, David has fully immersed himself in the business valuation and brokerage work at Arthur Berry & Company, applying his extensive experience in the engineering and energy sectors to guide business owners through complex transactions and valuations.
David’s career is distinguished by his in-depth project management and design experience across a wide range of commercial, industrial, and energy development projects in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and Asia. He worked in Melbourne, Australia, until the end of 2014, where he served as the Project Manager for the highly political and high-profile $80M Yarra Trams Power Supply Upgrade Project—a project of significant public interest and complexity.
David’s leadership in managing design teams across the globe has made him a leading expert in areas like steel, foundation, grading, and physical design within the energy industry. He has hands-on experience in the design and construction of transmission and distribution systems ranging from 12.5kV to 500kV.

Sharon Graham
Sharon has been the backbone of Arthur Berry & Company since 1992, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and keeping everything running behind the scenes. After raising her three children to school age, she joined the company and quickly became an integral part of its growth. She pioneered its first website and established the internal filing, organizational and financial systems still in use today.
Before moving to Idaho, Sharon worked in the film industry as a script continuity coordinator for a documentary production company. She and her husband left the fast-paced world of Hollywood for a slower, more balanced lifestyle in Idaho. Her ability to juggle details, solve problems, and keep things organized remains anything but slow.
With decades of experience and an unmatched attention to detail, Sharon continues to be the heart of Arthur Berry & Company’s operations. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is a proud grandmother of five.

Miranda Cotten
With a background in business operations, marketing, and data analysis, Miranda brings a strategic and analytical approach to marketing at Arthur Berry & Company. She thrives on finding creative solutions, optimizing processes, and helping businesses tell their story effectively.
Before joining the company, she worked in banking, corporate planning, and program development, gaining experience in market trends, business growth, and leadership strategy. She has a passion for digging into data, streamlining operations, and building connections that drive success.
Outside of work, she and her husband stay busy raising their two boys and exploring Idaho’s outdoors through hiking, camping, and other adventures.
