Key qualification criteria include the following:
- College degree (or extensive business experience)
- At least 5 years relevant work experience and/or experience buying a business, selling businesses, experience as a Business Broker, Mergers & Acquisitions or private equity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated sound business acumen
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial
- Disciplined work habits
- Impeccable reputation for honesty and integrity
- Idaho real estate broker or sales license required within three months of joining
- Live in Southeast Idaho or move to the area within three months of joining
