In 1983, Arthur J. Berry, known as Art to his friends, recognized the growing demand for professional business brokerage services in Idaho and founded Arthur Berry & Company. The mission was to assist entrepreneurs and business owners in navigating the complexities of buying, selling, and valuing businesses, with a strong emphasis on integrity and expertise.
As the company began helping more clients with successful transactions, it became clear that this work required a specialized skill set. Selling a business involves much more than just finding a buyer. It requires knowledge in valuation, marketing, negotiation, due diligence, and deal management. This expertise is especially important for business owners who are often navigating the process for the first time. Arthur Berry & Company was built to provide that level of support and to ensure business owners feel confident at every step.
Randy Limani joined the company shortly after it opened, bringing strong business insight and a deep understanding of Idaho’s evolving market. As the client base grew and the volume of deals increased, reaching levels twice the average for similar-sized firms, it became clear that another experienced broker was needed. In 1993, Brent Bungard joined the team, strengthening the company’s ability to manage more complex transactions and serve a wider range of clients.

In 2018, Randy and Brent officially took over the company, carrying on its legacy of trusted, results-driven service. Since then, Arthur Berry & Company has continued to grow. The firm now includes a team of six experienced brokers, each bringing unique backgrounds and a shared commitment to client success. This growth has allowed the company to manage a larger volume of transactions while continuing to deliver the high-quality service that has defined Arthur Berry & Company since the beginning.
