Brent Bungard - Arthur Berry & Co

Brent Bungard

Associate Broker/Principal

Brent has been active in Business Brokerage and selected commercial real estate transactions since 1993. During this time he has consummated hundreds of deals in a diversified range of opportunities from manufacturing, high tech, distribution, retail and service companies to investment real estate, bare ground and owner/user transactions. His experience and knowledge of marketing, valuation and deal-making are a valuable resource to any potential Seller or Purchaser. Brent attended Boise State University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration. In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking, tennis and backcountry skiing. David Berry - Arthur Berry & Company

David Berry

David’s background is a strong blend of engineering and business.   Over the past 15 years he has worked with Arthur Berry & Company on various projects and transactions, providing detailed company research, financial assessments, valuations, feasibility studies and supported multiple commercial and industrial project developments.  From December 2015 onward David has resumed an active role in the business valuation and brokerage work at Arthur Berry & Company.   David has in depth project management and design experience for commercial, industrial and energy development projects beyond Boise throughout the US, Canada, Australia and Asia.   He worked in Melbourne, Australia until end of 2014 as the project manager responsible for the design of the highly political, high profile $80M Yarra Trams Power Supply Upgrade Project. David has been responsible for managing multiple design teams throughout the world.   He is a leading resource for the steel, foundation, grading and physical design within the energy industry, with experience in the design and construction of transmission and distribution systems from 12.5kV to 500kV.

Chip Langerak - Arthur Berry & Company

Chip Langerak

Chip joined Arthur Berry & Company in April 2016 after spending 15 years as a Manager in the retail and banking sectors. He is located in Idaho Falls and serves our clients and customers in all regions of Eastern Idaho. He is a graduate of Idaho State University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Chip has started and purchased multiple businesses over the years and currently owns a restaurant in Idaho Falls. He has a passion for helping people navigate through the buying and selling process, and is licensed in both Idaho and Utah. In his free time, Chip loves photography, travelling, and camping in our great state.

Heidi Glaisyer - Arthur Berry & Company

Heidi Glaisyer

Heidi brings to Arthur Berry & Company over 25 years of sales and marketing experience. Her marketing career began at Coca Cola before returning to Boise in 1988 to join J. R. Simplot Food Group, climbing the ranks to Vice President, Sales and Marketing. After ten years with Simplot she left to start a small company, Broemm Corporation, serving the construction business in the Pacific Northwest. She holds a BA in Communications from Brigham Young University, MBA from Boise State University and Graduate Certificate in Food Marketing Management from University of Southern California. Heidi has served on the BSU Alumni Association Board, Chairman of the Board for Bogus Basin and is a Tribute to Women in Industry honoree. Her vast experiences will benefit both sellers and buyers.

Justin Badraun

Justin joined Arthur Berry & Company after 25 years of leadership in Fortune 500 high technology companies. Justin has vast international experience along with a long family legacy in Idaho and the northwest United States. He has harvested turnaround and startup businesses around the world running operations, supply chain, and engineering. In addition to his corporate career, Justin has bought, sold and improved small businesses and understands the needs and values of small business owners. Justin is an avid skier, wakeboarder and mountain biker, and he loves Idaho because its expansive recreational activities are similar to those of where he grew up in Haines, Alaska. Seth Ruhter

Seth joined Arthur Berry & Company after returning to Idaho where he grew up.  Seth has over 20 years of experience in finance. Prior to Arthur Berry, Seth was a financial sector expert for the Federal Reserve Board (in Washington, DC) covering banks, broker dealers and asset managers and focusing on financial market structure, market liquidity, and the changing business models of financial services due to technology.  During the financial crisis of 2007-2008, Seth was on a troubled bank team responsible for closing failed banks and was deeply involved in the Federal Reserve’s response to the financial crisis.  Seth worked for Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in the risk division and was in the US Navy serving on a nuclear-powered submarine. Seth has a master’s in economics from Miami University (Ohio) and holds the CFA designation.

Art Berry, Retired

Founder and Advisor

In January 2018 our prestigious Founder sold the company he established in 1983 to Randy Limani and Brent Bungard, dedicated associates who have been with Arthur Berry & Company since the ’80s and early ’90s. Art stepped back from his role as Designated Broker and in June 2019 decided it was finally time to pursue retirement. He has accepted the role of Honorary Broker and Advisor for the company.
